7/4 for Manchester United to be the highest scoring team
Ahead of this weekend’s Barclays Premier League fixtures BetVictor are offering a host of football betting specials including 7/4 for Manchester United to be the highest scoring team from the 14 teams that are kicking off at 3pm on Saturday. The Manchester outfit host Bolton and having scored 20 goals from their 10 Premier League home games this season, United could very easily reward their supports.
Spurs, who take on Wolves at White Hart Lane are 3/1 to be the highest scoring team, Chelsea, who entertain an in-form Sunderland side are 5/1 and Liverpool, who host a resilient Stoke side are 13/2. From the other teams that are kicking off at 3pm, it’s 12/1 for West Brom (H to Norwich), 20/1 for Fulham (a to Blackburn) and 25/1 Aston Villa (h to Everton).
Not only are Manchester United the favourites to score the most goals, BetVictor make the United v Bolton game their 12/5 favourite to be the highest scoring game from the seven matches kicking off at 3pm. It’s 4/1 that the most goals come in the Spurs v Wolves match, 5/1 Chelsea v Sunderland, 13/2 WBVA v Norwich and 15/2 Liverpool v Stoke. 15/2 is on offer for Blackburn v Fulham to score the most goals and the Aston Villa v Everton game is the 12/1 outsider of the seven football betting options.
From all the other football betting specials that BetVictor are offering ahead of this weekend’s fixtures, it’s evens for four or more home teams in the Premier League on Saturday to come away victorious and 21/10 for Man United, Spurs, Chelsea and Liverpool all to win their respective fixtures.
BetVictor spokesperson Charlie McCann: "It looks as if it could be a good Saturday for the home teams with four of the Big 6 Man U, Spurs, Liverpool and Chelsea all playing at home (21/10) and we bet Even money there will be more than four home wins in the PL tomorrow. Chelsea were hammered 3-0 by the Black Cats in the corresponding fixture last season and were beaten 3-1 by Villa in their last home fixture in the League. If there is to be a shock perhaps the Black Cats will be the bookies saviour?"
